Client Service Analyst (Optimisation)

The triReduce and triBalance Optimization team is a global, cross-functional unit responsible for delivering critical portfolio compression and risk rebalancing services to the world’s leading financial institutions.

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to manage the end-to-end execution of these service cycles. This role requires a client-first mindset, combining technical data proficiency with the ability to manage high-touch institutional relationships. As the primary point of contact, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery while bridging the gap between Sales, Product Management, and Software Development.

 

Key Responsibilities

Service Execution & Client relationship management

  • Manage the full client lifecycle during each cycle, ensuring all client inquiries are handled with urgency, precision, and a deep understanding of their specific business needs.
  • Operate our optimization engine to generate deal proposals that align with client-specific objectives.
  • Process and validate large-scale OTC trade portfolios, ensuring the accuracy of trade data, valuations, and risk vectors.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to demonstrate the impact of varying data inputs or risk constraints on client outcomes.

Client Onboarding & Technical Expertise

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert in client meetings and calls, supporting the Sales team in explaining the value proposition and mechanics of the service.
  • Facilitate client onboarding by executing scenario simulations, presenting results, and conducting technical training for new users.

Process Improvement

  • Act as a vital feedback loop for Software Development; identifying bugs, proposing feature enhancements based on client behavior, and assisting in new releases.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality as well as analyzing statistics to drive business growth
  • Translate client feedback and behavioral trends into actionable insights for the Product and Development teams to drive innovation.
     

Qualifications & Professional Profile

  • Proactive Ownership: A proven track record of taking initiative. A successful candidate anticipates client needs and proposes solutions before being asked.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate raw data using advanced spreadsheet tools and editors. Proficiency in MySQL and Python is highly advantageous for automating workflows.
  • Domain Expertise: A functional understanding of OTC Derivatives, particularly within the Rates and FX asset classes. Knowledge of capital adequacy requirements and portfolio risk is a plus.
  • Communication: The ability to distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, from technical developers to senior bank executives.

Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
