1:1 Summer Camp Aide (Part-Time, Seasonal)
Job description:
Relate & Grow is hiring 1:1 Aides to support children with autism and other developmental needs at summer camp programs in the Central Ohio area.
Spend your summer making a meaningful impact while having fun! Attend camp, play, and help a child fully participate in activities alongside their peers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time, seasonal (summer)
- Location: Camp locations throughout Central Ohio
- Schedule: Varies based on placement
Current Opening:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM from June 8 – July 31
Additional opportunities highly likely to become available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 support during summer camp activities
- Help the child engage with peers and participate in group activities
- Support transitions, routines, and emotional regulation
- Use play-based, flexible approaches to support success
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Qualifications
- Experience with children preferred (babysitting, camps, childcare, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to be active and engaged in a camp setting
Background check required. CPR/First Aid is a plus (not required).
