Position: Elementary Principal – Spanish Two-Way Immersion K-5

 

Classification: Administrator                                                         

Location:  Glenside Elementary                                                        

Reports to: Interim Director of Academies

Deadline to Apply:  April 12, 2026 or Until filled 

 

Requirements:

Master's Degree or higher in an education-related field

Valid Michigan Teacher Certification

Valid Michigan Administrative Certificate

Minimum of five (5) successful years of elementary classroom teaching experience

Preferred: 

Ability to speak Spanish fluently

Urban education or administrative experience

Work experience in a socially economic diverse district

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.  Full-time with benefits package.
