CyberSafely.ai – Onboarding & Customer Success Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead virtual onboarding sessions for new users (parents, schools, and partners)
  • Guide users through account setup and platform navigation
  • Become fully proficient in the CyberSafely.ai software and onboarding process
  • Answer user questions and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Assist in improving onboarding materials (presentations, guides, FAQs)
  • Provide feedback to the team on common user challenges and opportunities
  • Support follow-up communication to ensure successful adoption
