CyberSafely.ai – Onboarding & Customer Success Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual onboarding sessions for new users (parents, schools, and partners)
- Guide users through account setup and platform navigation
- Become fully proficient in the CyberSafely.ai software and onboarding process
- Answer user questions and troubleshoot basic issues
- Assist in improving onboarding materials (presentations, guides, FAQs)
- Provide feedback to the team on common user challenges and opportunities
- Support follow-up communication to ensure successful adoption
