Behavior Technician Internship

Want to be part of a diverse team with a meaningful purpose?

Apply for a Behavior Technician (BT) Internship with Acclaim Autism. In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in homes, schools, community settings, and our clinics. This is a part-time internship, averaging 15–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on your availability.

We offer competitive compensation and the potential to transition to full-time employment. You don’t need to be certified—we’ll train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®). Some interns continue part-time or full-time as an RBT, while others pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We provide training, mentorship, and guidance toward certification and career growth, including support to pursue a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) career.

  • Work 1:1 with clients to teach social and behavioral skills following clinical teaching plans.
