Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

As an Agency Marketer, you will be responsible for following up on leads and prospects, gathering information and setting follow up appointments for our licensed insurance sales agents to call and close new business! This is an entry-level sales role in a fast-paced, award-winning insurance agency. You will have the opportunity in the future to advance to an Insurance Sales Agent, a position that provides earning potential of $120,000-$140,000/year.

Qualifications for the Agency Marketer:

· Some prior sales experience is preferred

· Proven track record of winning

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

· Intrinsically driven to be successful

Responsibilities for the Agency Marketer

· Contact and pre-qualify leads and prospects

· Make 80-100 outbound phone calls per day

· Gather and verify information needed to build insurance proposals

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Will I have to purchase my own leads? 

Absolutely not! We provide all of the leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about reaching out to their friends or family and asking them for business.

Is this a commission-only position? 

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in this role? 

If you follow our process and training, at the very least you can expect to make $4,000-$5,000/month as an Agency Marketer. After 90 days as an Agency Marketer, you will have the opportunity to advance to an Insurance Sales Agent role, which offers significantly higher earning potential.
