Taproom Manager

Taproom Manager Job description:

 

  1. Staff Management (communication, hiring, training, scheduling, accountability.)
  2. Taproom inventory management and ordering-control cost and budget.
  3. Uphold the high standards for the taproom environment and cleanliness.
  4. Maintain and increase taproom sales -creating repeat customers and bring in new ideas to increase taproom sales.
  5. Support and help execute all events.
  6. Update the point of sale - new items, specials, other inventory, etc.
  7. Weekly bank deposits.
