Taproom Manager Job description:
- Staff Management (communication, hiring, training, scheduling, accountability.)
- Taproom inventory management and ordering-control cost and budget.
- Uphold the high standards for the taproom environment and cleanliness.
- Maintain and increase taproom sales -creating repeat customers and bring in new ideas to increase taproom sales.
- Support and help execute all events.
- Update the point of sale - new items, specials, other inventory, etc.
- Weekly bank deposits.
