Caseworker Intern [Cleveland, OH] (Unpaid, Summer 2026 & Fall 2026)

Description:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated students to join our Cleveland team as Caseworker Interns. This unpaid learning experience provides students with valuable exposure to case management in community corrections and behavioral health. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting client programming, monitoring compliance, and working with referral sources and community partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming.
  • Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
  • Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
  • Assist in developing assessment-based case plans.
  • Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule:
Flexible shifts available; schedule will be coordinated with the site supervisor.
