This is a Lead BT/RBT Position $25–$29/hr.
Role Description
We are seeking a part-time to full time BT/RBT available in the Bay Area cities of San Jose, Richmond, Antioch and other surrounding cities in California. The Behavioral Health Technician will provide direct ABA therapy services to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Key responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and documenting data, assisting in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and collaborating with supervising clinicians to achieve client goals. Candidates will also foster a supportive environment for clients and their families and assist with the training needs of behavior technicians in the field.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in implementing Behavioral Intervention techniques to support clients effectively
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and clinical teams
- Educational background in Psychology or related fields
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach towards client care
- Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health is required
- Model correct implementation of programs and instructional notes.
- Provide in-session coaching support to BTs and RBTs as directed by Training Specialists.
- Communicate barriers, behavior changes, safety concerns, and fidelity issues to PS and CS promptly.
- Complete competency-related assignments and follow-ups when delegated.
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
