Registered Behavior Technician

Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – MonArk ABA Therapy

Location: 2019 Broad Ave, Findlay, OH 45840 – On-site

About MonArk ABA Therapy:
Join the first ABA provider within a clinic setting in the area! MonArk ABA Therapy provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior consulting services for children with autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to make these services accessible to families who might not otherwise have access to quality care.

We support our team members by providing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities — including paying for RBT certification if you are not yet certified.

Job Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate regularly with families to support progress toward client goals.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain clinical experience in ABA therapy while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct ABA therapy and daily living support for clients

Assist with 6-month reassessments and goal updates

Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

Collect and input data into electronic systems accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate progress and observations to BCBAs and families

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Ensure all services are ethical, evidence-based, and compliant with HIPAA and BACB standards

Qualifications & Competencies:

Must be willing to obtain (at company’s expense) RBT certification if not already certified

Ability to meet BACB supervision requirements after certification

Clear criminal record as required by state or federal law

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented

Passion for helping children and families impacted by autism

Preferred:

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related degree preferred)

Work Schedule & Pay:

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
