Operations Lead

Position Overview:

Join N1 as Operations Lead to shape the future of crypto by leading key company internal operations, external initiatives, and special projects. You will work directly with the executive team. Your work will involve assisting in company-wide planning, legal and financial operations, and various special projects. 

Requirements:

Proven track record in an operations related role, and experience leading, planning, managing and executing large scale projects.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Genuine enthusiasm for fast paced startup environment.

Capacity to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

Understanding of crypto and its ecosystem.

Exceptional communication skills.
