-Senior AI/ML Engineer (8+ Years)

Requirements

-8+ years of total experience in software, data, or AI-related roles

-5–8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development

-Strong programming expertise in Python

-Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms

-Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

-Hands-on experience with deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

-Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch

-Strong knowledge of Scikit-learn for classical ML

-Experience working with large-scale datasets

-Strong SQL and database management skills

-Experience in building data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

-Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop

 Roles & Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development

-Design and build scalable and efficient ML systems

-Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models

-Deploy models using TensorFlow and PyTorch

-Manage complete ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment

-Build and maintain robust ML pipelines

-Monitor model performance and handle model drift

-Work on cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure

-Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and system performance

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering)

-Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions

-Implement Generative AI and LLM-based applications

-Ensure data quality and perform feature engineering

-Mentor junior engineers and review code

-Lead system design and architecture discussions

-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

-Maintain proper documentation for models and workflows

-Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance

-Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML
