Job Summary
HOJIA is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to work directly with company leadership on building and managing core operations. As a fast-paced startup, you’ll directly work with and report to the company’s management. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, is eager to work hard, and is passionate about building a brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Creating SOPs across retail, supply chain, and vendor workflows
Plan and coordinate recurring meetings with shareholders and internal teams; capture key notes and follow-ups
Communicate with suppliers to ensure supply chain management
Facilitate communication between designers, architects, contractors, and external partners
Support store development and operational projects from planning through execution
Prepare clear updates and materials that help leadership stay informed and make decisions
Build reports and dashboards to track inventory and demand trends, and turn data into insights for leadership
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20–25/hour depending on experience
Work Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA, USA
Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the office location and are responsible for their own transportation.
