ABA Summer Internship Program 2026
WHO?
- Current Undergraduates majoring in education, psychology, social work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, pre-med or related fields
- Interest in working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Minimum 3.0 Undergraduate GPA
WHAT?
- Summer internship focusing on the essentials of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working with KidsLink Connect students (ages 2-9)
- Earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential - 40 hours of asynchronous coursework completed prior to May 22, followed by exam
- Teaching sessions with BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts)
- Learn behavioral data collection and analysis
- Attend Behavior Management Committee sessions
- Opportunity to shadow Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Pediatric Neurology or Psychology, based on interests!
WHEN?
- April 15 - May 22: RBT coursework (40 hours = online and flexibly scheduled)
- May 22 - June 5: Orientation Day, RBT credential testing (practicum and written)
- June 8 - June 12: Onsite Training Week
- June 15 - August 14: On-site Internship - 9am - 2:30pm or 11am - 4:30pm; M-F

KidsLink Neurobehavioral Center (899 Frost Road, Streetsboro, OH). KidsLink is a multi-specialty group treatment center for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Services include Psychology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA and specialized academic tutoring. (www.kidslinkohio.com)
