Job Title:  Adobe InDesign Production Intern – K-12 Math Content (Paid)

Duration: 5-6 months, approx. March – September 2026

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented intern with strong Adobe InDesign experience to support the formatting, revision, and production of math instructional materials. This role is ideal for someone with a background in education or mathematics who also has strong skills in Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Format and design instructional materials using Adobe InDesign
• Apply established templates and style guides to ensure consistency
• Support revisions and updates to existing curriculum materials
• Implement content edits and revisions with accuracy and attention to mathematical detail

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow style guides and formatting standards
• Interest in education and instructional design

Preferred

• Background in education, mathematics, or a related field
• Experience creating or formatting educational materials
• Familiarity with elementary or middle school math instruction
• Prior Mathnasium instructional experience a plus

Commitment
Approximately 15–20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible and can accommodate academic commitments. Expected to last ~5-6 months.
 

Compensation
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience.
