Poolblu is expanding and is looking for an experienced service professional to lead and grow our local pool and spa service operations.
This role is ideal for a senior technician or service leader ready to step into management and help build a high-performing field service team.
You will oversee service operations while working directly with customers and supporting field technicians.
At Poolblu, an Area Manager:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of serving customers in their area
- Visits and consults with customers, providing advice - and of course quotations
- Supervises, supports, and hires to grow the local field service team.
This position will oversee field service activities in Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Washington, and Dodge Counties
Who You Are
- Experienced in pool and spa service (residential or commercial)
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route
- Interested in career growth and taking on leadership responsibilities
- Reliable, customer-focused, and ready to learn
Other Trades Encouraged to Apply
If you have experience in other field service trades, we want to hear from you! Candidates with experience in:
- Plumbing
- Irrigation
- Mechanical maintenance
- Electrical
- Landscaping / grounds service
