Business Analyst Intern

Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization providing health, retirement, risk, and consulting solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide. With more than 250 employees, CBS delivers mission-driven services through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our Relationship Management division. This internship provides hands-on experience in CRM administration, data analysis, and cross-functional project support within a professional nonprofit environment.

This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship.

 

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Interest in CRM systems, data management, or business analysis
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Student applicants must have completed their sophomore year of college prior to the start of the internship (i.e. you must be an incoming college Junior or Senior)
