Landscape Designer/Architect

Vizmeg Landscape, located in Stow, OH, is a design-build landscape company serving Northeast Ohio. We specialize in creating high-quality residential outdoor spaces—from patios and outdoor living areas to large-scale landscape installations.

We are looking for an early-career Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect who is excited to gain hands-on experience and work closely with our design, sales, and construction teams.

This position is a great fit for someone who has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and wants to grow their skills in design development, construction drawings, and real-world project execution.

At Vizmeg, you won’t just sit behind a computer—you’ll be involved in projects from initial concept all the way through installation.

What You’ll Learn and Work On

  • Assist the design team with concept plans and presentation drawings
  • Help develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and construction drawings
  • Visit project sites to measure and document existing conditions
  • Work with designers and project managers to refine project ideas
  • Assist with material takeoffs and project estimating
  • Gain exposure to real residential design-build projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with a team that values creativity and new ideas

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)
  • Internship or 0–2 years of experience in landscape architecture or design preferred
  • Familiarity with Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or similar drafting software
  • Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
