Remote Enrollment Specialist – Training Included

About the Role Golden Hour Agency LLC is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote opportunity helping working families and union members understand and enroll in life insurance and benefit options. This is a virtual, appointment-based role with no cold calling and no door-to-door.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients via scheduled virtual appointments
  • Walk clients through benefit options in a clear, supportive way
  • Assist with secure online enrollment
  • Follow a structured, compliance-focused process
  • Maintain professional and consistent client communication

Training & Support

  • Live onboarding and step-by-step training
  • Licensing guidance and support provided
  • Ongoing mentorship and coaching
  • No prior experience required, we will train the right person

Compensation

  • Commission-based with performance bonuses and residual income potential
  • Earnings are performance-based and vary by activity level
  • Full-time, actively engaged agents typically earn $80,000 to $110,000+ in year one

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Available 25 to 40 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
