About the Role

We are a fast-growing health and wellness company looking for a motivated college intern who wants real-world experience in marketing, sales, content creation, and small business operations.

This internship is ideal for students studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or Event Planning who want hands-on experience helping grow a brand.

You will work directly with business leadership and gain exposure to digital marketing, client engagement, sales strategy, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and post social media content including Instagram reels and short-form videos
• Write marketing emails and promotional copy
• Assist with sales outreach and client engagement
• Help coordinate local marketing events and promotions
• Assist with employee recognition and internal culture initiatives
• Film and edit short marketing videos when needed
• Occasionally assist with light front desk support during marketing events

Preferred Skills

• Strong interest in marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship
• Comfortable creating short-form video content
• Ability to write attention-grabbing marketing copy
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Strong communication skills

Bonus Experience

• Sales or customer service experience
• Gym, fitness studio, or wellness industry experience
• Restaurant server/host experience
• Experience managing social media accounts or creating content

Requirements

• Must be able to travel occasionally to Delray Beach or West Boca
