About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Marketing Event Assistant to join our team in Nashville. You'll be out in the community, bringing campaigns to life at live events and connecting directly with people in one of the most vibrant and fast-growing cities in the country.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the planning and execution of live marketing events and community campaigns across the Nashville area.
• Represent our clients and their brands professionally and enthusiastically in face-to-face settings.
• Engage directly with the public to build brand awareness, generate interest, and drive campaign results.
• Support senior team members in coordinating event logistics, setup, and day-of operations.
• Capture event feedback and audience data accurately to help shape future campaign strategies.
• Take part in regular in-house training sessions to develop your marketing, communication, and event management skills.
• Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative team that moves fast and values fresh perspectives.

Training and Development
