Weber Grill Restaurant is seeking Sous Chef to join our team for our NEW restaurant opening in Orland Park, IL!
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to train, educate and motivate staff to perform to the standards set by the company. We are a full service restaurant searching for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, results oriented person to join our team.

The successful candidate will:
- Be proficient in the production, preparation and presentation of all foods to ensure consistent high quality food, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Possess the ability to ensure a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive quality products.
- Promotes a positive environment for all employees, guests and vendors.
- Be proficient in purchasing and ordering procedures and understands how to control labor and food costs.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years Chef experience in a full service, high-volume, corporate-structured restaurant along with advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
