Operations and Business Intern

Crescent Pest Control is a locally owned and growing service company seeking a motivated intern interested in learning how a business operates from the ground up. 

This internship is ideal for students with an entrepreneurial mindset who want hands-on exposure to both field service and business operations. Interns will work alongside our team to gain real-world experience in how a service business operates day-to-day.

Internship: Summer 

Location: Downtown Charleston 

Compensation: $15-18 per hour  

What You'll Do

• Assist with field service visits and customer appointments 
• Learn pest management treatment processes and service standards
• Support route management and daily service logistics 
• Observe and assist with business operations and operational processes 
• Use tools within the Microsoft Office Suite to track operational metrics and support business analysis
• Assist with marketing, brand development, and customer outreach 
• Support sales efforts and customer relationship management
• Participate in team meetings and operational discussions
