Human Resources Talent Development Intern

Position Summary
This role provides hands-on exposure to modern talent development practices, learning technology implementation, and workforce capability planning. The intern will partner closely with HR, Operations, and leadership teams to help organize, document, and operationalize key elements of ODW’s evolving talent ecosystem.
Essential Responsibilities
Learning Platform Implementation (LinkedIn Learning)
- Support the rollout and adoption of LinkedIn Learning across the organization
- Assist with organizing and mapping learning content to internal competencies and career paths
- Help build learning playlists aligned to leadership development programs and functional roles
- Track learning engagement metrics and assist with reporting on adoption and utilization
- Assist in creating communication materials, guides, and launch resources
Career Pathing & Competency Framework Support
- Assist in documenting career pathways across operations and corporate roles
- Help align role expectations with the company’s competency framework
- Support development of role-based learning recommendations
- Assist with organizing role profiles, development resources, and skill requirements
Talent Development Program Support
- Support ongoing leadership and development programs through administrative and research support
- Assist with preparing materials for leadership development sessions and onboarding programs
- Help maintain documentation related to learning programs, frameworks, and development tools

Education & Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in:
- Human Resources
- Organizational Leadership
- Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Business Administration
- Organizational Development
Capabilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Interest in learning & development, leadership development, or talent management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with data organization or reporting is a plus
