Position Overview

Jules & Associates is seeking a Summer Marketing & Business Development Intern to support brand visibility, sales enablement, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for a student interested in B2B marketing, financial services, and strategic communications.

The intern will work directly with company leadership and the sales team, contributing to real initiatives that support business growth. This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility and exposure to executive-level strategy.

Responsibilities

Brand & LinkedIn Management

  • Support content development and scheduling for the company’s LinkedIn presence
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insight into performance trends

Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and refine client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and summaries
  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and industry events
  • Support messaging consistency across business development materials

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts
  • Assist with website updates and vendor page enhancements
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to inform growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial services or B2B marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, or Microsoft Office is a plus
