Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Northeast Ohio. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing hiring and training, supervising food and beverage service, maintaining high operational standards, addressing customer inquiries, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction

Experience in Hiring, including recruiting and training team members

Exceptional Communication skills for effectively managing staff and engaging with guests

A solid knowledge base of the Food & Beverage industry and restaurant operations

Proven leadership and team management abilities

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and evenings

Prior experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry is preferred
