CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for personnel to streamline operations by handling administrative tasks, client management, and documentation to boost efficiency. Key duties include processing paperwork, managing accounts, maintaining compliance records, and facilitating communication between financial advisors and clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Processing applications, preparing financial reports, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Client Management: Acting as a point of contact for inquiries, updating client records, and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensuring transactions meet regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, and maintaining internal databases.
  • Trade Support: Assisting with trade execution, monitoring market activity, and preparing documentation. 

Required Skills

  • Organization: High attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including experience with databases, and, in some cases, Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for handling client and broker interactions.
