Sales Management Trainee (Entry-Level)

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Management Trainee who is eager to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales, team development, and business operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute face-to-face sales and customer acquisition strategies
  • Represent client products and services with professionalism and confidence
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members
  • Track individual and team performance to ensure sales targets are met
  • Work closely with leadership to develop management and leadership skills
  • Participate in daily team meetings, goal setting, and strategy sessions
