POSITION
Full-Time, Hourly 

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thu). Please do not apply if this does not align with you. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Intern, Special Assets to support our overall Credit & Capital Markets and Servicing Teams. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across real estate foreclosure and REO, supporting critical projects that impact loss mitigation and client retention. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Special Assets and Credit teams to support and assist with loss mitigation and foreclosure analytics and reporting. As an Intern, Special Assets you might be working on some of the following projects: NPL/loss evaluations, loss analysis and projections and client presentations.
  • Create and analyze reporting.
  • Identify potential risk and work with team to mitigate.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills

  • General business experience, preferably in Finance (emphasis in real estate). 
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, high level of proficiency with Excel is required.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Currently college student pursuing a degree in Business,      Finance, or related field.
  • Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
