POSITION
Full-Time, Hourly 

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thurs). Please do not apply if this does not align with you. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Intern, Construction to support our Construction team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across Construction, Operations, and Strategy, supporting critical projects that impact revenue growth and operational efficiency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Construction team to support and assist with construction underwriting. As an Intern, Construction, you might be working on some of the following projects: Developing a system for organizing and creating a ledger from invoices, Implement AI / Copilot AI App Builder.
  • Review projects budgets and contractor qualifications.
  • Assist with the organization and verification of construction costs. 
  • Review intake documentation to ensure they are within compliance. 
  • Analyze and review the borrower’s experience in alignment with the scope of the project.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills

  • General business experience, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Finance (emphasis in real estate). 
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of construction/real estate development; some construction background preferred but not required. 
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Currently a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,  Finance, or related field.
  • Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
