Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current License for middle childhood license (4-9) or equivalent issued by the Ohio State Board. Specific subjects to be determined by licensing of the fourth grade team.

- Deliver standards-aligned instruction using district curriculum and instructional strategies that meet diverse student needs.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans that support effective instruction and student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating performance to parents/guardians.
- Create and maintain a safe, structured classroom environment that supports learning and student development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, counselors, and support staff to address academic and behavioral needs of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and administrators, including conducting conferences as needed.
- Participate in professional responsibilities, including staff meetings, professional development, and compliance with district policies, laws, and licensure requirements.
