Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our Columbus team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in marketing, business, or communications.

In this position, you will support marketing campaigns by engaging with customers, promoting current services and promotions, and representing our clients in high-traffic retail environments.

No prior marketing experience is required — paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail and promotional locations throughout the Columbus area
• Engage with customers and introduce marketing promotions and service offerings
• Assist with executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional way
• Support daily marketing and sales goals with your team
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy, leadership development, and professional growth
