IT Network Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider serving businesses across New Jersey. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing and Campaign Administrator to help coordinate marketing campaigns, create content, and support lead generation initiatives.
This role combines digital marketing coordination with hands-on campaign execution, including direct mail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
- Assist with content creation including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Prepare and manage physical marketing mailings and outreach campaigns
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign schedules
- Update website content, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Track marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
- Maintain CRM marketing lists and lead tracking
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of marketing coordination, marketing administration, or similar experience
- Strong writing and content organization skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and basic website editing
- Experience in Market Research and developing insights to guide decision-making
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and a proven ability to design and implement successful campaigns
- Knowledge of Sales processes and how marketing strategies align with sales goals
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms used for marketing and campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
