Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce and inventory Associate to support our Pro Shop's online and in store operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, values customer service, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our online business. You'll be involved in everything from listing products, inventory management and fulfilling orders to helping customers and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms; assist with returns, product questions, and order updates.
• Product Listings: Create and manage online product listings, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship online orders efficiently and accurately; monitor order status and resolve shipping issues as needed.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels across online platforms; work with the in-store team to ensure consistency.
• Inventory Receiving: Receive products as they come in to insure accuracy. 
• Sales Support: Assist in online sales promotions, product launches, and special offers.
• Growth Initiatives: Work with management to identify opportunities to improve our online store experience and boost sales.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written communication skills for product descriptions and customer interactions
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus
• Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Passion for outdoor and water sports is a bonus!
