Sales Intern
We are seeking a motivated and competitive Sales Intern who is interested in building a career in B2B sales and business development. This role provides hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, quoting, and account support. The intern will work directly with the sales team to help generate new business opportunities while learning how to develop and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential customers across multiple industries including food manufacturing, distribution, retail, and packaging.
- Build targeted prospect lists by identifying key decision-makers such as purchasing managers, operations managers, and packaging managers.
- Assist in expanding the company’s pipeline of potential customers.
Cold Calling & Sales Outreach
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Qualify potential opportunities by understanding customer needs and current suppliers.
- Follow up with prospects through email and phone outreach.
- Set appointments and generate leads for the sales team.
Sales Process & Quoting Support
- Learn the fundamentals of pricing and quoting for labeling and packaging solutions.
- Assist in preparing customer quotes and proposals.
- Work with internal teams to gather specifications required for accurate quotes.
- Support the sales team in moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Account Management Support
- Assist with maintaining customer information and activity within the CRM.
- Help follow up with current customers regarding potential reorders or new needs.
- Support key account management efforts to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Sales & Industry Training
- Develop knowledge of labeling materials, packaging solutions, and product applications.
- Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing business.
- Gain exposure to multiple industries that rely on labeling and packaging solutions.
