Sales Reporting Analyst Intern

This role is designed for a proactive individual who will play a key part in optimizing sales team efficiency by mapping, designing, and automating reporting processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Daily Reporting Operations: Oversee the daily reporting routine to ensure all current data reports are accurate, delivered on time, and distributed to the appropriate audiences, while remaining responsive and proactive in addressing questions and follow-up requests.

Understand and Support the Sales Team's Needs: Work closely with sales and related departments to identify, map, and automate key reporting processes to boost team performance and decision-making.

Standardization: Develop and implement a structured data organization process, establishing consistent terminology and standardized definitions. Customize Power BI visuals to ensure a unified identity and strengthen governance across the company’s reporting environment.

Training: Design and deliver a training plan and supporting materials to enable the sales team to effectively and confidently use the company’s sales reporting tools.

Sales Pricing Database Automation: Collect, clean, and structure historical poultry market pricing data, creating a centralized master dataset in Power BI integrated with .csv data files to automate updates and improve pricing analysis.
