Marketing & Admin Support Intern
Position overview
The Marketing & Admin Support Intern helps with behind‑the‑scenes operations and light marketing tasks. You will support newsletters, simple systems, and client outreach so the business stays organized and responsive.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and format a monthly email newsletter using provided content or approved ideas.
- Update and maintain email lists (adding new contacts, organizing segments).
- Assist with scheduling: send confirmation emails, reminders, and follow‑ups for client calls.
- Keep a simple lead/CRM spreadsheet up to date with new inquiries and status notes.
- Do light research on potential clients, partnerships, events, or platforms where Jay Sage Productions can show up.
- Support small operational projects as needed (organizing files, documenting processes, prepping simple templates).
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Interest in marketing, communications, or business operations.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.
- Clear written communication and professional email etiquette.
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or willing to learn quickly.
- Detail‑oriented and able to follow checklists and processes.
