Creative Director Marketing

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director / Marketing Manager to serve as the brand architect across our diverse portfolio of businesses, including professional sports teams, luxury golf courses, and premier real estate developments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Narrative & Strategy: Develop and protect the "look and feel" of multiple unique business units, ensuring cohesive storytelling across sports, lifestyle, and commercial real estate.

Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute 360-degree marketing strategies encompassing content, print, targeted digital ads, and social media.

Creative Execution: Act as the lead designer for high-stakes assets, including sales brochures, digital ads, and environmental graphics for physical events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local team members and copywriters to drive alignment, ensuring brand consistency across different states and industries.

Digital Growth: Utilize a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing KPIs to guide campaign planning and pivot strategies based on performance data.

Event Marketing: Work cross-functionally to bring physical initiatives to life, from on-site sports activations to real estate open houses.

Experience: 1-2 years in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications. Background in sports, entertainment, or a high-paced agency is highly preferred.

Technical Mastery: You are an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and functional in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Platform Fluent: Deep knowledge of all relevant social media platforms and the latest trends in digital engagement.

Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously across different geographical locations.
