About the Role:

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you’ll support ongoing customer relationships and help our office grow. Your focus will include outreach, policy renewals, and maintaining strong customer connections.

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and listening abilities

• Detail-oriented with a passion for customer experience

• Previous customer service experience preferred
