Inside Sales Representative
Funderial is seeking a driven and coachable Inside Sales & Business Development Representatives to support our growing organization. In this role, you will engage with inbound and outbound leads, speak directly with business owners, and help present financing solutions that support growth, expansion, and cash-flow needs. You’ll act as a front-line consultant, learning how to qualify prospects, present funding options, and guide clients through all stages of the sales process.
Responsibilities include: contacting and qualifying prospective clients, understanding business financial needs, educating clients on available financing products, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in our CRM, and collaborating with senior sales and funding specialists to move deals forward. You’ll gain exposure to real-world finance, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
