What we offer:
Competitive Pay
- Starting salary is based on experience: $38.50/hr ($72,500/yr) with no experience, up to $48.13/hr ($90,700/yr) with 10+ years in the same role.
- Paid bi-weekly.

Records Supervisor
A typical day in the life of a Records Supervisor includes direct supervision of a team of 7-9 secretaries and a receptionist. You will work to support direct reports by providing training, workload oversight, problem resolution, staff development, team building, and facilitating individual and team meetings. You will interact with internal and external partners via virtual meetings, email, and in person. You will work on special projects with multiple offices and evaluate IT solutions for process and efficiency improvements. A typical week includes 1-2 days a week of in-office work, such as supervising in-person and rotating in-person positions.
Job Duties (Summary):
- Maintain and audit records archival systems; ensure accuracy, accessibility, and cross-department use
- Analyze data and identify process improvements; assist in developing procedures for forms and records retention
- Supervise direct reports; set goals, provide technical assistance, and support daily operations
- Team talent management activities including team member onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and personnel policy administration
- Approve expenditures and monitor staff schedules and hours
- Coordinate receptionist and secretary scheduling and backup coverage
- Ensure quality customer service, phone responsiveness, mail distribution, and timely completion of in-office tasks
- Complete special and confidential projects; prepare reports and recommendations
- Maintain operational and administrative records; perform computerized tasks and handle sensitive information
- Serve as liaison between departments, outside organizations, and the public relating to records archival and building reception
- Respond to complaints and inquiries; attend meetings and represent supervisors as directed
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Four years of demonstrably related experience
- Ability to travel within Hamilton County as needed
- Must be able to pass criminal background checks, driver's abstract, and various abuser registry checks

Hybrid locations – work is performed both away from the office and at 1701 Patricia McCollum Way, Cincinnati, OH, 45237.
This position requires a minimum of two days per week in-person.
Employees are expected to travel within the county as needed. The flexibility to work from home is available when job duties allow.
