We operate across design, fabrication, and logistics, delivering complex projects with precision and care. As our fulfillment and campaign distribution work continues to grow, we’re looking for a smart, organized, and hands-on team member to join our Baltimore studio and assist with shipping, fulfillment, and brand distribution projects.

 

Role Overview

The Brand Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator helps execute shipping, kitting, and distribution for brand campaigns and creative production projects.

This is a hands-on role that combines organization, problem-solving, and physical production work inside a creative studio. You’ll help coordinate and ship influencer mailers, retail displays, and custom promotional kits for major brands while learning how creative production and logistics work together behind the scenes.

This role is a great fit for someone interested in marketing operations, creative production, brand services, or logistics.

 

What You'll Do:

Shipping & Logistics

  • Prepare and coordinate shipments for projects and campaigns
  • Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking information
  • Help manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Track shipments and flag any issues

Brand Fulfillment & Campaign Distribution

  • Assemble and pack influencer kits, promotional mailers, and brand packages
  • Help organize and execute fulfillment projects for brand campaigns
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when packing and shipping

Organization & Inventory

  • Help track materials and products moving through the studio
  • Maintain organized staging, packing, and storage areas
  • Document shipment confirmations and delivery information

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, production teams, and shop staff
  • Support production schedules and campaign deadlines
  • Help improve organization and logistics workflows as you learn the role

  • Interest in brand marketing, logistics, or creative production

Experience & Skills (Helpful but Not Required):

We’re open to candidates early in their careers. The most important qualities for this role are organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Experience that may translate well to this role includes:

  • Internships or work in marketing, events, brand operations, production, or logistics
  • Hands-on experience with kitting, packing, or fulfillment for promotional or brand-related programs
  • Familiarity with shipping software (ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.)
  • Basic experience coordinating courier or freight shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, creative production environment where both physical and administrative work are part of the day
