HVAC Estimator & Assistant Project Manager

We’re a commercial HVAC & Plumbing company looking for Estimators and Assistant Project Managers who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.

Estimating:
- Estimate commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects
- Follow up with general contractors to help secure contracts
- After training, estimate projects independently from start to finish
- Contact vendors to gather equipment and material pricing
- Budget labor costs and assemble complete scopes/proposals
- Follow up weekly on all bids and gather feedback from GCs
- Build relationships and communicate regularly to increase award success
Assistant Project Manager:
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Help track schedules, manpower, material orders, and delivery dates
- Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Attend jobsite visits to document progress and resolve basic issues
- Monitor labor hours and costs to support budget management
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
