Food Safety Specialist / HACCP

Foos Science Intern who is familiar with HACCP, Record Keeping and Preparing for Audit. 

This position will give a student opportunity the real-world chance to test their knowledge by building and running a FoodReady database for an established brand currently working with paper audits. 

Ideal candidates will be able to build HACCP plans and transfer them into the software to create working checklists for the staff.  Existing knowledge of FoodReady software is not required. Interns will be trained.

Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred, including some reading and writing in both. 

Schedule is mainly on-site, but some work can be done remotely.
