Chestertown Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team on Maryland’s beautiful Eastern Shore. Our well-equipped facility features VetScalpel CO₂ laser surgery, ultrasound, digital dental radiology, and advanced diagnostic tools, allowing our doctors to practice progressive veterinary medicine with efficiency and confidence. You will work alongside experienced veterinarians and a highly trained technician team that supports thorough medical workups and strong patient care.

The Associate Veterinarian will perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform routine surgical and dental procedures. This role also includes interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, and building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care. Qualifications:

DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school

Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Maryland
