We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Fiber Optic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition in designated neighborhoods where new fiber infrastructure has been installed. As a Fiber Sales Representative, you will educate homeowners on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet, TV, and phone services while generating new residential accounts through direct canvassing.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect assigned territories through door-to-door canvassing
• Educate customers on fiber optic internet benefits (speed, reliability, value)
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate service packages
• Overcome objections and close sales in a competitive environment
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Accurately submit orders and required documentation
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and competitors
• Represent the company professionally at all times
