Legal Assistant
Our Boca Raton estate planning and tax law firm is hiring a full-time, in-office Legal Assistant. The job includes preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with client signings (we’ll pay for your notary commission), recording deeds, scheduling meetings, and helping with some basic marketing and administrative tasks. We’re happy to train the right person, so intelligence, organization, and strong tech skills matter more than prior legal experience.
