Project Coordinator / Digital Traffic Manager — PT or FT may be considered
Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid) or Remote (must work U.S. Eastern hours)
Role Summary
Own client updates across multiple accounts and provide assistant-PM support to keep projects on schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Join meetings, capture notes, define action items, and follow through.
- Account Operations: Organize work across ~15–20 accounts; maintain reporting and invoicing trackers.
- Assistant PM: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and assets; run checklists and QC; post concise status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years project coordination experience (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads.
- Strong short-form copywriting (ads, metadata, client summaries).
- Working knowledge of SEO.
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM/email tools (audiences, workflows, campaigns).
- Proven organization across multiple concurrent accounts.
- Clear verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical topics into plain language.
