Bare Naked Pet Co. is a growing pet nutrition brand on a mission to make whole food nutrition simple and accessible for kibble-fed dogs. We make real, visible ingredient toppers that help dog parents upgrade their dog's bowl—without overhauling their entire routine.

We're a small, founder-led brand that moves fast, thinks differently, and genuinely cares about the animals and people we serve. We don't do fluff. We do real food, real conversations, and real results.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, personable college student to help us grow our retailer network. You'll be doing outbound B2B sales outreach—reaching out to independent pet boutiques, natural pet stores, and specialty retailers to introduce them to Bare Naked Pet Co. and get our products on their shelves.

This is a real sales role with real responsibility. You'll learn what it actually takes to build relationships, handle objections, and close deals—skills that will serve you in any career.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify independent pet retailers and boutiques that are a strong fit for our brand
• Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to introduce Bare Naked Pet Co. to potential retail partners
• Follow up consistently and professionally to move conversations forward
• Track your outreach and results using simple tools we'll provide
• Communicate retailer feedback directly to the founder to help shape our sales strategy

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm—for sales, for small business, or for pets (bonus if all three)
• Comfortable rapport/relationship building, rejection and motivated by the challenge of turning a no into a yes
• Organized enough to track outreach and follow up without being reminded
• Open to any major—we care more about your drive than your degree

Details

Hours: Flexible — minimum 10 hours/week, up to 30 hours/week depending on your availability

Location: Fully remote

Start Date: April 2025

Compensation: $10-15/Hour + Commission Opportunities
