Build Real Leadership Experience Working With Youth

This immersive role provides hands-on experience in mentoring young people, leading groups, and developing leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work directly with children aged 7–16, supporting their growth, confidence, and social development while helping create an engaging and supportive community.

Your Role

As a Youth Leadership Intern, you will serve as a mentor, role model, and group leader for a small group of children throughout the summer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and supervising children aged 7–16
  • Supporting campers’ emotional, social, and personal development
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and positive group environment
  • Helping campers build confidence, independence, and teamwork skills
  • Leading and participating in daily activities across camp
  • You’ll live and work alongside your group, helping guide them through daily routines, activities, and new experiences.
